• Board sizes up to 600mm by 410mm 
• BGAs, fine pitch QFPs and components as small as 01005
• Lead free and leaded soldering capabilities
• Automated optical inspection (AOI) 
• Light guided semi-automatic cut and clinch 
• Specialised hand assembly and soldering skills 
• Clean and no clean processes
• Selective solder machine (with nitrogen curtain)
